Juno-winning Reggae sensation LAZO doing a free show this Saturday April 27 at Hirut

Does Reggae music make you move and groove? If the answer is no, then all I can say is I feel sorry for you. Visit your doctor immediately to find out what is wrong with you!

But if the answer is yes, as I’m sure it is for just about every one of my subscribers, then unless you’re due to be on stage yourself this coming Sat., April 27, you’re not going to want to miss the show being put on that night by Juno-winning Reggae superstar LAZO in an intimate room with great acoustics, Hirut at 2050 Danforth Ave. in the East York part of TO.

LAZO, who won the 2000 Juno for Reggae Recording Of The Year, will be backed by all-star players (I may that cat out of the bag closer to the event) and there will be specials on the excellent Ethiopian food the restaurant serves. (Some “Canadian” items are also available and equally delicious).

The 9pm show is being put on by Jon Long and he’s decided to make a gift of it by charging no cover! 17
